I must admit, the first time I visited it after their renovations I was VERY disappointed and had no intention to ever coming back. But my husband wanted to go and try it too - so I gave it another chance. And I'm glad I did. This waiter was awesome! He was courteous, professional and going above and beyond to really make our visit a great one. (He did mention that he was just helping out at this location... I hope for the sake of this restaurant they will keep him there!)On my first visit I wanted to try the Pink Grapefruit Radler (beer with grapefruit juice) but first the waitress did not know what it was, never heard of it, then could not find it in the system and after all that, they did...
As others that I have read here in regards to reviews that the re-opening of the restaurant has been quite unsatisfactory in regards to the menu, pricing and service and the value one gets for the price you pay has been highly disappointing ! As the title says $3.25 for a lousy cup of coffee is appalling !The breakfast sandwich along with one cup of coffee set me back close to $14 not including the tipand the portion was so small it was more like a snack !Perhaps the owner us trying to get the public to pay for their new restaurant .I called afterwards and expressed my disappointment regarding the cost of a cup coffee and the hostess said we're sorry and then goodbye... Please save yourself...
Every Monday night after exercise my family and I frequent this location. (After exercise, I know) We are creatures of habit for the most part in having burgers and fries, included are the dry ribs for appetizers. The food is consistent and the service is excellent! It helps when it is the same person working the same shift, everything we need for the sitting is always ready, our drinks never go empty at all.There are between seven to nine of us who come in and they are ready for each one of us. Great service!!
New Restaurant is Nice!! Although the same design as most white spots. Service was Ok. Had a double double burger and poutine. My burger was good but the poutine was ice cold. By the time the waitress came back I was finished my burger and my wife almost finished her plate. They did give me a fresh poutine but it was late in the dinning experience. All in All an "OK" dinner.

I am so happy to have the White Spot re-open after their tragic fire. The new decor is awesome and the food was fresh and delicious. Same friendly and efficient service. Glad to have another great meeting and food spot in Duncan.
I love this place, I order from here more then I care to admit, they always get my order right, which is impressive cause I always add modifications, appreciate everyone who works here! amazing restaurant.
Food and experience as promised in advertising. We had ribs, chicken pit and burger. Good value and nice friendly service. Local lager was recommended and it not disappoint.
The fries were undercooked and soggy, the sauces were missing and the dippin chicken was actually small Dino nuggets for some reason? I mean, it was fun-but not filling!

This place has much better staff and food on my second visit. Super friendly and great service. Food, was fresh and very tasty.
Baby Back Ribs and Poutine were great!! The legendary burger was great as well. Will eat there again.
