This is a weird one for me because I've been ordering from them for a while and never had a problem. Their food is always good and service is always good. However, I just ordered food for a party and it didn't go so well. I talked to the manager and ordered just one tray of vegetable fried rice and one tray of chicken Singapore noodles to be picked up at noon last Sunday. My husband's aunt and uncle went to pick it up and the food was not ready at noon at all. They were almost an hour and a half late to the party because the food took so long and we were not offered a discount for the wait or anything. My family and I were coming back from a long road trip and I did not feel like cooking. I ordered 3 orders of Vietnamese style pork chops and rice for take-out. I'm 100% Vietnamese and grew up eating this dish so I was looking forward to some comfort food. When I got home and opened the containers, I could tell immediately I was going to be disappointed. All 3 portions of pork chops (6 pieces in total) were severly OVER-cooked and appeared drier than kibble. I salvaged what I could of the lesser over-cooked parts so I can feed my kids, and ate what I could that was edible. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, as I didn't receive all of my food and was left waiting for quite a while. It was especially frustrating to see another customer, who was not a person of color, receive quick service and presumably all of their meals.
SOOO GOOD!!! We ordered pork dumplings, miso soup and pork fried rice and it was delicious! The pork dumplings were better than any i’ve ever had, so big and full and made great leftovers! I had the appetizer sampler and the tangerine chicken. The sampler was composed of 4 different appetizers and sized to fit two people. Between that and the tangerine chicken me and my grandmother were stuffed. The service was prompt and of quality. Their staff was very friendly.
No changing facility in the rest room. Ceiling is falling down in the men's room. Food was not bad, but we ordered vegetable fried dumplings and they sent beef. Service was a bit slow. Seem to be understaffed.
As a new resident at kop, looking for a good Chinese restaurant. Wild rice has great food with big menu. I tried most of the Chinese and Japanese food items on the menu and the food taste delicious.

I ordered the lunch sashimi special, cheese and crab wontons, hot and sour soup, and a spicy yellowtail roll. The food was absolutely delicious!
