Our first night in Highlands had us wandering around aimlessly looking for places to eat that had something for all of our cravings. My daughter wanted pasta, I wanted fish, my husband, steak. Wild Thyme popped up ét voila all our needs were met. Delicious cocktails and excellent service married with freshly made, hot cuisine. All three of us polished our plates. The restaurant was easy to find, and despite the heat, we managed to find good parking nearby. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely. Our server was attentive, and our meals arrived promptly. We ordered a lump crab filling in a phyllo pouch, my friend had the quail wrapped in speck, and I enjoyed the shrimp and tasso linguine. The portion sizes were decent, though I prefer restaurants that offer more generous servings. We felt the prices were a bit high, so I would rate it 4 out of 5.
Over-priced but good food. It was a 30 min wait to get seated. We had a soup, spring rolls and the Risotto shrimp fritters. 16$ for three fritters that didn’t taste of any shrimp is ridiculous! The soup was really good though. Having mentioned on the menu that they charge 4$ for sharing food feels like nickel and dime-ing and a super cheap thing to do.

Overall our experience was good. Service was great, timing on dish delivery was on point. The food was just average, nothing special and nothing we’d yearn to come back for next time we are in town. Overall 3 star place for us.
The restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated inside promptly. The service was good, albeit a bit chaotic. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the open goat cheese sandwich, and I savored every bite!
