This is an easy place to get to at the top of a chairlift and therefore many people meet there to have a rest and refreshments. During the day a lot of families meet here but after the lifts close the more serious skiers come...including the lift attendants. If the weather is warm enough it is possible to sit in the sun but on cold days and in the evening people collect inside o eat drink sing and dance. There is a log for hitting in nails with an ice axe. The music is bouncy and quite loud particularly when some groups drink the yard of shots. You might be lucky to get asked to dance with a local which is a cross between a polka and jive. It's great fun
Direkt im Zentrum von Katschberg, oben an der Konigswiesenbahn, ist dies der perfekte Ort für Après-Ski. Hervorragende Bar sowohl drinnen als auch draußen mit sehr gutem Tischservice. Die Familie Paul sorgt immer für eine freundliche Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Après-Drinks. Sehr empfehlenswert.
