Wildfire has been a favorite restaurant for our family for years, but we have noticed a decline in quality recently, especially after the pandemic. The service is still great and we love the atmosphere, but some of the newer employees don't quite meet the standard of the longtime staff. The biggest disappointment was the decline in the quality of the food, particularly the filet trio which was undercooked and chewy. The sides were still delicious, but the main dishes were a letdown. It may be some time before we return to Wildfire.
Service was very slow and inattentive. Many other tables also seemed frustrated with their service. I expect way better service for a $250 meal for four people. Food was decent, but nothing spectacular compared to the million other steakhouses in the Twin Cities (including the chain restaurants), and very pricey. We will NOT be returning.
Mother’s Day was extremely busy at Wildfire (full house) but the service was great, the food was excellent and the five of us had a wonderful time.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday eveningThis place is a family environment, so ambience is a crowded and noisy.
Our server was fantastic. We sat close to the kitchen and it was loud. We still enjoyed the meal though

The waitstaff should slow down; there is no need for them to be rushing around the tables.
