I called twice to get a gooseberry pie for July 4th weekend, gave more than a month's notice, called back twice to make sure that it would be ready (owner had to find gooseberries), and she said she would call me for a pickup time. Never received a call, never had the order filled. It was also a bit annoying that she kept trying to sell me on different flavor pies, and I specifically wanted gooseberry. It is disappointing that I wanted to support local business and was not able to because of a lack of follow-through by the owner.
Even though they were closed for the holidays, I contacted them to see if they could make a last-minute birthday cake for my mom. They confirmed they could, and the result was breathtaking and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this place!
I had a delightful tea party this morning at WildFlour. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. The live music was a wonderful bonus. We'll definitely be returning!
