A friend of mine visited this restaurant two nights ago, and while she was in the restroom, she unknowingly inhaled or touched something that nearly caused her to suffocate. She couldn't walk and stopped breathing. The owner told her friends to get her out of the place, but they didn't offer Narcan. Just a month or so ago, several people were hospitalized for fentanyl poisoning at this same establishment, and details about that incident can likely be found online. Greatly improved version of Will Henry's. I've stopped in off and on over many years, but the cigarette smoke was difficult to bear. I stopped by in November, 2016 and had no problems. The new owner has a filtration system that really clears the air. There were also just fewer smokers. The old Will Henry's had pretty good food. I haven't tried the food under the new owner. The staff were very pleasant. The band was good. The customers were mostly 40 years old and older. I'm sure there were a few youngsters around somewhere. The people at Will Henry's are fun. You usually leave with a story to tell. I need to try the chow and stop by for karaoke night. Will post an update.
Someone tried cause harm to me over me requesting a sandwich last call a sharp plastic piece was found in my take home sandwich which i ate half i dont know if my food tampered with beyond the sharp plastc piece but im pretty sure it was the sad part of it all my lil cousin found it in sandwich she bite down on it. Almost causing her to cough i want to who in the hell put that in my sandwich behind the kitchen im really upset. No wonder i got home and threw up. This not correct kitchen practices. Going to tomorrow to talk to owner. Im furious
This is definitely the spot for a budget-friendly night out with friends. I've always felt welcomed here, and the bartenders are outstanding. The ambiance has a classic bar vibe, and there aren't many places left in East Atlanta that have the charm and lasting presence of Will Henry's.

The men's bathroom at the Stone Mtn. location has been disgusting for at least five years. Broken toilet seats and/or loose toilet seats, and filthy, is the norm. I can't imagine what the women's restroom is like. As dirty as it is, I would never order food at this tavern.
[hidden link] I wonder if the cocaine was laced with fentanyl. Allegedly some of the victims were helped by patrons who administered Narcan. I sure hope the police and the owner will be able to clean up all residue of the drugs before opening to the public.
The staff here are friendly and the drink prices are fantastic with strong beverages! However, the food prepared by the daytime cook leaves much to be desired - it's quite bland and lacking in flavor!
Mackenzie and crystal are lazy bartenders. The truth hurts, they like to argue over feedback from a customer standpoint. The food was not made right. Plus, a customer got nasty with me,

This place is super divey but my husband and I enjoy it. The bartenders are hilarious and snarky. The sticky wings are good and they try to keep a little craft on draft.
Visited Atlanta this last weekend. Ended up at this bar with live music. The Bar is Awesome!! Good mix of people and fun!! 5 stars for friendly and fun!
