I visited today and was not very impressed. It took a long time to get a drink at the café, even though there were only three people in line and just one lady making the drinks. I walked around the store and noticed a lot of Christmas stock, but at least 80% of it was unpriced and not marked! This seemed to be a common concern among other visitors I spoke with. It's a shame because many people were eager to buy, but they couldn't find any staff available to provide pricing information.
Owner manager is completely Rude, I've tried to contact him about placing an order and I don't know if he's worried someone's after him for money but I've had excuse after excuse why he can't come to the phone, left my number numerous times and still here hasn't called back. What a way to run a business Simon so I'll take my business elsewhere and save your staff from lying anymore on your behalf!!!
We chose Willowbrook as the location for a lunch gathering of ten former colleagues, and it was a great choice. The food was freshly prepared, of high quality, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. I want to give a special thanks to Tracey for making sure everything was arranged to accommodate our group.
Thank you to Tracey and all the team In the cafe. They helped us with a baby shower. Really looked after us and made the area really pretty. A lovely garden center featuring a wonderful selection of gifts and plants. It's a great spot to catch up with friends over a meal and coffee. The staff are extremely friendly, and I would also recommend the Appletree interior furnishings for kitchens and bathrooms.
Excellent place really enjoyed my first time there will definitely go back, had some lovely fruit and veg will go there a lot now, staff where lovely as well.
Lovely shop fresh produce but give the cafe a miss abysmal service, more assistants than customers but waited 10 minutes then gave up
