So they definitely need to make more jalapeño bagels there the only ones ever sold out as a owner or employee I would definitely suggest keeping the sourdough and jalapeño begels ready... just moved to the area been like 5-6 times and still nojalapeño or sourdough begels... at the willys on Balfour I never ran into this problem.. so if you like the sourdough orjalapeño begels make sure you get there early...as for the customer service I give it a 5 out of 10 just because the kids thereseem miserable that they have to make begels
I ordered a few lox bagels and a breakfast bagel. I would like to speak to the person who creates the recipes here. The lox bagel did not have any cheese and it lacked flavor. I ended up removing the lox from the bagel and only eating the bagel and cream cheese. The coffee was good and the staff was very friendly, but overall, I was disappointed with the experience. The prices were too high, and I wouldn't pay $10 for a breakfast bagel in San Francisco. I suggest saving your money and going somewhere else for real lox bagels.
I went to this restaurant yesterday for a leisurely stroll. I waited in line and ordered the breakfast bagel with a large mango smoothie. It was my first time dining here, as I typically visit or order from a different spot. The outdoor seating had lovely shaded areas, and all of the staff were friendly and diligent. We spent the entire hour enjoying our meal at the restaurant.
The staff here are amazing the Food is always great, I highly recommend the Bacon swiss breakfast bagel with bacon. Back it up with a toasted bagel with my favorite cream cheese Jalapeño or butter whatever one fits you the best ?

I found a hair in the paper my bagel was wrapped in, I know it's not mine since it's small and black. I'm pretty disappointed since this is usually my favorite place to go for bagels but this seriously grossed me out
