The woman taking our orders handled several customers and their food requests simultaneously, showcasing impressive multitasking skills. Even in my foul mood, I couldn't help but admire her ability to manage everything so efficiently. I've been to other places where there are three or four people working up front, so watching her do it all on her own was truly remarkable. Plus, she had no problem with my peach shake—I wasn't kicked out for having it! (We originally got off the exit for Chick-fil-A because it's peach shake season, which makes me so happy. My husband wanted to cheer me up with that treat, but then we spotted Willy's across the street, and it felt like a miracle.)

The meal was so delicious that I won't deduct any stars for the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the credit card machines were down, which was a bit inconvenient. Since this was my first time dining here, I was really impressed. I actually liked it more than Moe's and much more than Chipotle. The burrito was excellent, and the chips had a nice thin and crispy texture. I opted for black beans and chicken, among other toppings. Overall, I'd rate the food a solid 5 out of 5.
This is my favorite Willy's. Michelle and Tiffany always provide excellent service when I visit. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the overall service is outstanding. The real highlight, though, is the cookies! I often buy them in batches of ten, and sometimes I just stop by specifically for the cookies. I'm especially grateful to Tiffany, as these cookies are my absolute weakness. Food: 5/5
They treat certain people different. Didn't feel friendly when I went in. Shorted me on my burrito any other Willy's in Atlanta is good but you got some locations where the customer service is the best. I probably won't come back to this location. For that I rank 1 out of 5 needs new management and customer service etiquette.????

Unfortunately this place has lost their way to competent food making. I Showed up today at 5pm. No steak available. Isn?t it dinner time now? Shouldn?t there be steak ready for dinner? So I ordered three different dishes with Spicy chicken I get home ready to eat and the chicken tastes burnt. What happened to this place?
I visited 08/31/2022 1pm It wasn?t too busy, restaurant was clean. The staff on this particular day was so friendly and efficient! There is one lady, I wish I I got her name, she made our food and was so sweet, a great multitasker made our food and door dash orders at the same time. Food was great we will be back!
The service was amazing. I got two tacos and queso dip and it was so good. I was given the right amount of toppings and even though I came about 30mins before closing, the food was fresh and the chips were still crisp. I enjoyed stopping by this location and I would definitely recommend it.Food: 5/5
Just want to take the time out to say how my experience was today, Food I give 100 customer services was great, the staff and management team was wonderful. I enjoy my time there today I definitely will be back to eat here again, my baha was fantastic

Inconsistent food and service here. Salsa was sour. Rice was crunchy. Employees clearly did not want to be there.
