Update: Gave the restaurant another try. (1 Sep 20-12:15pm). Walked in and staffer at register wearing mask below chin. We turned around and walked out. Management culture clearly not focused on public health regulations. Great to see Willy?s open again for table service, but the manager ? who was also preparing our food ? had his mask hanging below his nose. When reminded about it, he said that he was ?working on it.? When we left 30 minutes later, it was still hanging below his nose. Food was good, but, um.... there?s just no excuse for ignoring a legitimate public health order or for not setting a good example for his employees.
Wow. Best burrito bowl yet. Lots of extra ingredient choices besides the basics beans, meat, and rice. All was fresh, fast and easy. The chips that come with it are the extra thin type and were very good. I really loved all of their salsas like thehabanero and the tomatillo and their hottest was flavorful but not crazy hot. The idea of a free salsa bar is genius! I wishthey were nearer to Chattanooga, I'd eat there often. But they are an easy diversion when traveling I 75 near Cartersville.Delicious.

The young black guy who made my burrito, was afraid 2 part with the rice and chicken! Dude, people are paying $8:25 and up for a burrito, stop acting as if you 're personally buying the ingredients with your own money!

It used to be my favorite place. I'd eat it two or three times a week. Later, the quality has fallen sharply. In the last 4 visits something bad every time. Here's the list. 1. Steak was old and like Rindsirky 2. The salsa has expired, aweful tang 3. Rice was raw and hard 4. They were made of paprika and onions without on the grill 5. When I finish rice with this place.
Ashley and Rachel are the best! The food quality and taste are always on point! No matter what we order it tastes good. Both ladies put love and care into everything they make and it shows! Everytime we come in we are immediately met with a smile. Therestaurant is always clean and you can't go wrong coming here. Whenever possible ask for Ashley or Rachel!
It was our first time eating here and it was REALLY good. Reminded me of Moe's a LOT. I love Moe's though so it is all groovy with me. I got the chicken baja burrito and he got the chicken nachos and we were both happy and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Nice. We shall return. ???
Very good, fresh, efficient. I enjoyed Willy's much more than Moe's or Chipotle which are the obvious competitors. Everything had a good flavor and seemed fresh. The rice and meat were not dry like I have experienced other places, and the salsa wasdelicious.

Ordered burritos for the second time at the Cartersville location within a year. The orders always, always had a protein not ordered and items were missing. Do not under any circumstances or online. I called the store to get a resolution to no avail.
You might want to add lettuce next time to the taco salad . There were maybe 10 small pieces of lettuce in all three salads. You also need to drain the black beans before adding them to the taco salad so it doesn 't turn into soup.
