Visited yesterday for my sisters Birthday, we were not impressed. We ordered for from the menu, to be told that the 3 dishes we ordered were “off” as they all contained eggs and they had no eggs, so we chose again. We asked about the soup to be told we couldn’t have the soup, we needed to go into the hotel restaurant or bar to be served soup. The coffee we ordered arrived but no food, by the time the food arrived the coffees were drunk. We asked if we could have a coffee order again but we were told we would have to go to the till, order and pay there for another drink, all whilst the food that had just arrived was getting cold! After eating my sister went to order another coffee, 20 minutes...
what a hidden gem! we had the early bird menu yesterday very good choice of meal times the portions sizes are exactly right and the menu states when they are vegetarian gluten-free etc., which is helpful, we had the sushi and mushroom spinat on a muffin for starter and seebarsch and bauch schwein for netzen could not mistake any of them. the waitress was very efficient and helpful and very friendly. we are worth a visit again. keep good work
We went to Wilson's Coffee Shop at the Wynnstay for afternoon tea. The coffee shop was very welcoming to our one-year-old and our small dog. The décor of the coffee shop was visually pleasing. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I especially liked the jasmine tea. They offered a vegetarian option for afternoon tea and the sandwiches were diverse and appetizing. I would gladly return if we were in the area again.
I made a reservation for my daughter's 18th birthday celebration at this restaurant. We were welcomed by Paul who made us feel very comfortable. The meal was fantastic overall. My steak was one of the best I have ever had, and the side vegetables were cooked perfectly. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning. my man, my sister, my sister, my sister and I have just returned from a free overnight stay with breakfast after problems during a previous stay. our believe was restored and we enjoyed excellent renovated rooms, delicious breakfast and evening meal and friendly helpful staff! .well did wynnstay and thanks!
Stayed here last night. Was pleasantly surprised. Had a homely feel with very good food and beer/catering last night and friendly staff. Room was nice and welcoming and comfortable.used the spa for an hour most enjoyable . Excellent breakfast this morning thanks
I was fortunate enough to win an afternoon tea for two to watch the royal wedding. I decided to take my mum with me, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you for a lovely time.
