I had heard that new ownership had taken over so we decided to give this place another try after several previous sub part experiences. As with all my reviews I will giving an honest recap of the dining experience and note any variables that may have contributed to lower than expected service. It was my first time visiting this restaurant, there wasn't anyone greeting me. Down from where I'm from that's extremely rude. But I proceed to take a seat and give it a chance. The waitress instead of attending to me or anything. Proceed to yell at the back staff. Why is there yelling in the first place? I can’t even begain to describe the food I got from Wilson’s barbecue today. Less than satisfactory. In 80 years , never been to a restaurant that charged for water. (On the menu but didn't get billed for it) Steamed cabbage was mush. Hamburger steak cooked several days ago. Never had a hush puppy that tasted and had the consistency of rubber. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Oh this place is awesome! I loved the hush puppies they give you when you come in. I had the catfish, delicious! My husband had the roast beef, he loved it. We will definitely come back!
Took way over a hour for 3 hamburgers and ff..everytable we wanted to sit had ring marks n crumbs..I been eating here for a long time...worst ever had here..what happened??????
The food was good, but the coffee was watered down and it did not have a rich taste. The service was okay and the people were polite.
