Wing Shack Cheeseburger Grill

I put in an order at 1:21pm and told them I would be sitting outside since they come out and holler your name. I grabbed the table right outside the front door and no one ever came to deliver the food to that side. At 2pm I checked on it and found out that they claimed they tried, However, nobody came to the side. The exterior makes it look like it would be a great place, however, the service just doesn't match it. I asked for a refund and left very disappointed.

Had to walk up 3 wooden stairs to get to the entrance. I didn't see a handicap entrance on the side we parked. I'm sure there was one. Menu was on the wall as you walked in. Drinks are do it yourself. Large glasses. Found a table and within 10 minutes the waitress came out calling our name. Lots of TVs to watch sports and weather. Good food. Paper towels are on the table for napkins.

The wings were undercooked and the burger was barely warm. Very disappointing meal but we were starving so we ate what we could and left. I didn’t expect this place to be a walk up/drive thru establishment. It’s huge and nice. Would be better with servers, etc. in my opinion

The food is great can't get any better. The staff are nice helpful and friendly. If you get a chance go fill ur gut.

A definite Must Stop when you're in Miuntain View. Haven't had a bad burger yet!!
