This place used to be alright. But over the years the quality of food and the overall service has declined. The service is some of the most monotone service around the Shorewood Hills Area. This store seems understaffed and the workers are visibly upset most of the time. Placing an order is easy but if you ever have issues with your order it’s a little harder to get help and are expected to try and reorder instead. It is also very obvious that the manager Brian chooses to treat some customers better than others, and instead takes his frustrations out on customers. Not professional or friendly.
They now make you pay extra for a dipping sauce that isn't their branded sauce. Not to mention last time I ordered they forgot a sauce entirely (that I had to pay extra for! I don't know if it's new management or what but there has been a steep decline in quality recently. Tenders are still great so they get two stars for that.
We catered Wings Over for a work event. The manager (Bryan) responded fast and was easy to work with. The event attendees loved the wings and the sauces. We ordered tenders and bone-in. The food was ready on time and the staff were friendly. I would definitely order from them again.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they were busy. They managed to stay calm while assisting each customer promptly. The food was simply outstanding! I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys wings. Great job!

These were the most nasty wings I’ve ever experienced in my life. The wings I had LACKED seasoning, literally not a pinch of salt was on them. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be eating here again. Otherwise, delivery arrived at the time listed.
My nearly $8 loaded tater tots arrived drenched in grease and disappointment! The difference between what I expected and what I received is unbelievable!
Wings were good quality but had no seasoning or taste. Both flavors tasted like a plain wing. Do not recommend
