Honestly, the only parts of this meal that wasn't outstanding were the hush puppies. Everything else I ate the smoked bratwurst, the mustard based gold sauce, the flavorful hash, and the mixture of black eyed peas and collard greens was stellar. That hash in particular was delicious. The Dixie Pig is certainly not a large establishment, and it might be easy to miss without a little GPS guidance. The primary dining area holds little more than a few bar stools, a pair of high top tables, and about four four seater tables. Best barbeque in the Fort Mill and Rock Hill area. Never disappoints. Pleasant wait staff. Food is exceptional.

Second time here and just as good! Drove an hour out of the way to get the St. Louis style ribs.
