Wingstop - Tisch reservieren

I went to pick up an order at 5:50 on 01/03/23. Celebrity, they had about 7 to 8 baskets of fully boiled bones in wings just sitting there until the customers come order and then they would just get down in the hot fat for a few seconds and pull them out. talk about lazy and not mention it dries out of chicken so bad. I canceled my order and went out. Anyone who checks kitchen cameras and does not see this or allows this should not have a job. Unsafe food practice

The wings were cold and the fries were always soggy. Despite being told they were fresh, everything was cold by the time I got home. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Why bother placing an order two hours in advance and requesting it to be ready at 12 when it is now 12:20 and I'm still waiting for my food?
