If I could give no stars If I could. I don?t even know where to begin. I put my order in online to be delivered. They ended up not putting 15 pack of wings in my bag. When I called and they said they would have no problem making me new ones but I would have to come pick them up. When I get there there?s no one at the counter to help me and I waited a half an hour for them to even ask if I needed help. Then the gentleman that was running the front answers his FaceTime on his phone while on the phone with a customer. I was never offered to have my money back or any other compensation. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. The cashier mistakenly charged us for bone-in wings instead of the boneless ones we had requested. Thankfully, we noticed the error in time to inform the cooks, but the cashier didn't seem to know how to process a refund. Instead of offering us cash, he suggested we accept the refund through a cash app. When I declined, he finally handed us the cash, but didn't include the tax in the refund amount. I had to guide him through the entire process myself, and he didn't even consult with any of his colleagues for assistance. We ordered two wing combos for $22, but when we got home, we found only two fries and three wings in each box, totaling just six wings. We had to go back to the restaurant to get the half of our order that was missing, and the staff was rude. We didn’t receive any apologies and had to wait a long time for the remake. When we finally got it, the wings barely had any sauce on them—they didn’t even look red—and they tasted more like butter than buffalo hot, which is what I had requested.
I would highly recommend avoiding this place. They consistently fail to meet the quoted wait times and never notify you when your order is delayed. I could tolerate the long wait, but I can't overlook the lack of hygiene measures like gloves or handwashing. I managed to eat half of my meal before discovering a hair, which completely turned my appetite off. The service wasn’t outright unfriendly, but it wasn't impressive either.
I'll try to be objective and blame it on a heavy night of orders but the overall experience was not very good. Order prep took a very long time (over 1 hour) to make my order and quality of food was not worth the wait. Store MUST improve speed and accuracy!
Overall, it was a good experience. The food was prepared right on time, and the order was complete. I highly recommend choosing the "well done" option for your fries—it made a big difference! The butter parmesan was definitely our favorite.
