Ordered online and got it delivered through their website, opened up our order and it was the wrong order. We called the store to let them know the problem, Maria told us she was going to email to get us a partial refund since the fries were the only thing right in our order, she said she was unable to remake the order for us because it’s and online order. What kind of nonesense … we got someone else’s order I’m sure they weren’t happy about it either. Maria’s attitude regarding this situation was unprofessional. The order we received was not remotely close to our original order, besides the fries. Our Sunday dinner was ruined. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
hello I am a big fan of wing stop and I support all the companies, today I went to this busy location in kent station, in big on geduld to others. the general male or lead shift manger was to train a new rental, the new rental made great it was first day that I totally understand what was cheating me most, watching this same general man so hard and evil on this beautiful new rental that she hastened and made her so unpleasant where the new rental had to know that she is a new rental. no one should feel this time of printing and be embarrassed by customers these general people must be fired if they can not be nice to their own employees!
Bad bad service! The place is dirty, the “Kids” employed provide bad customer service. I asked for ranch and they give me blue cheese, when I went to ask for ranch the big fat curly hair dude told me that why I opened the blue cheese if I didn’t want it, I said because I thought it was ranch, and then he said blue cheese is a different kind white!!! How would I know!!? And then he say he will have to charge me hahahaha he was rude and disrespectful. Will never be back, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Long wait times, order ahead IF POSSIBLE. Easy to find, located right there at the Kent Station. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small I believe only has maybe 5 to 8 tables to sit. They are on the expensive side. Things to try, lemon, pepper, wings, Hawaiian wings, corn and the seasoned fries. Dips that are good hot sauce, ranch, and blue cheese. Worst restaurant!! Placed an order for dinner and I’ll attach the pictures so you can see how bare my wings and boneless wings are! Manager decided to refund me instead of remaking my order with the excuse that online orders can’t be remake! Her name is Sage and I will never come back to this place! Horrible costumer service!
Bad services forgot to give me my fries. I had my girlfriend pick it up it wasn't her job to make sure they were there it is wing stop. I got home and saw no fries I had to drive back 13 minutes to get fries with no kind of competition nor a sorry of any kind.
I was with my wife doing doordash and my wife was peeing herself so we decided to stop at Wingstop and they didn't do the favor of lending it to us because according to them we weren't customers.

Chicken dryer than a saltine cracker. Unseasoned and overcooked chicken is craaaazy....0/10. Not even a dusting of garlic nor parmesan on the Garlic Parmesan wings.
