If I could give a 0, I would. Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I usually order from Wingstop when I travel to South Florida. This time, I was in Deerfield Beach so I placed an online order. They said it would take 50-55 minutes, but after an hour and a half, I tried to call the restaurant and there was no answer. I placed my order at 7:52, but it wasn't delivered until 10:20 and half of my order was missing, and the items they did deliver were incorrect. When I tried to cancel online, it said I had to call the restaurant, but the phone wasn't working. I tried to explain to the delivery driver that I wanted to cancel because I had been waiting for over 2 hours, but the staff blamed me for...
The service at this restaurant is terrible! Orders are never ready on time. I placed an online order for 5 o'clock pickup, but even after waiting for over 25 minutes past 5 o'clock, my order still wasn't ready. I ordered $80 worth of food 6 hours in advance, but this place still couldn't get it right. They didn't offer to do anything to make up for the long wait. Don't bother wasting your time or money here. Drive a little further to a different place with better service. Update: I finally received my food 3 and a half hours after my scheduled pickup time and 9 and a half hours after placing my order.
I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. we got yelled at by the manager Donnovon, received no food (Even though we already paid for our online order), everyone was rude. This may have been the most hostile situation at a restaurant i have ever experience. I used to love wingstop, but i will never return to any location ever again.
I have previously given this restaurant a lower rating due to some rough experiences, but today's order was fantastic! I ordered 6 items and received them promptly at 7:02, fresh and delicious. No complaints at all. Thank you so much!
