The service at Wingstop was excellent, but sadly, the wings were awful. After two disappointing visits in a row, I’m quite frustrated. The wings were small and overcooked. I ordered a 10-piece, but had to throw away two that were completely inedible—tiny and burnt. It’s disappointing that this is considered acceptable quality. Wingstop used to be reliably good, but that’s no longer true. Management definitely needs to improve. I won’t be returning.
The food was excellent and accurate, with nothing missing—a common issue at many takeout places. It was ready exactly when promised, and the service was outstanding. I will certainly return to this restaurant. No complaints at all. Great job, Wingstop!
The nighttime manager is absolutely the best! I only go there to say hi to him. Next time, I’ll make sure to get his name because he’s truly outstanding.
