I believe the low overall rating of this restaurant does not accurately reflect the professionalism and courtesy of the staff who welcomed me during my recent visit. The manager went above and beyond to assist me when my online order encountered issues. However, it seems that this particular location may not attract as many customers as other Wingstop locations, which could be impacting its performance. The food was delicious, but the wings could have used more sauce. The celery sticks were fresh and crunchy, but the bleu cheese dressing seemed diluted. I recently tried the takeout dinner from this restaurant and was impressed with the food overall. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $20 to $30. The food was delicious and I would rate it a 5. However, the service was just average, I would give it a 3. The atmosphere was great though, I would rate it a 5. I would recommend trying their Chicken Wings (mild), Veggie Sticks, and Fries, they were all very tasty.
We had are order in advance 30 minutes before we went inside the store and when we went into the store it took them another 20 minutes for are food to be made. Horrible customer service came in around 450pm Saturday 10/28/23, waited 15 min for someone to take my order, employees need to be trained to multi-task. And management should hire more staff if all three employees look overwhelmed and miserable. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
