The boneless wings were over-seasoned to the point where I couldn't even taste the chicken, and the fries were not up to par. The manager should be present at the counter to ensure the staff knows how to take orders properly. This was my first experience with Wingstop, and it'll definitely be my last. This location has left a terrible impression that reflects poorly on all Wingstop locations due to the poor quality of food and customer service.

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. On top of that, the entire team seemed disengaged. During the 20 minutes I spent there, not a single person greeted customers with a "hello," "welcome," or "thank you." I typically don’t write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt the need to share it from my car.
The young manager or shift leader had a chance to fix a simple mistake but chose to deliver poor service and was even dismissive when I politely asked for a refund. I really enjoy the food, but I've encountered some of the worst employees I've ever seen. They often don't answer the phone, and when they do, it's hit or miss whether you can order bone-in wings. Sometimes they tell you they don’t offer bone-in wings at all. If you call within the last couple of hours before closing, they’ll usually say they’re out of bone-in wings and only have boneless ones available, while I've seen employees preparing multiple meals of bone-in wings for themselves. This has happened several times at the end of the night. Honestly, I wouldn't hire these people for anything; the service is just terrible.
This was our first time trying Wingstop and the food was delicious!!!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the fries were over cooked and the chicken sandwich was dry and had no condiments on it. I added mayo to my sandwich at home, and it was delicious and a great portion. We ordered 4 different flavor boneless wings and they were all great! We also had the chicken tenders which were excellent as well! The ranch was amazing too. Would recommend, and will definitely try them again!

I ordered food that ended up being canceled. When I called to resolve the issue, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and completely ignored. I do not recommend ordering from this store. I eventually spoke with someone who assured me that my order would be refunded, but I have yet to receive the amount. The manager was not present at the store, which is quite unprofessional.
This Wingstop location is quite small. Unfortunately, the soda machine didn’t offer the right taste for the drinks, which was concerning as everything had a strange aftertaste. The wings were small and lacked proper seasoning and sauce. The fries also had minimal seasoning. Overall, the meal felt rushed and not well prepared. Honestly, I wouldn't consider coming back.
I would give this place 5 out of 5 stars, but I ordered 15 wings and only received 14. They shorted me a wing! I understand that wing prices have gone up, but if I pay for 15, I expect to get 15, not 14. If they're only serving 14, they should be upfront about it in their advertising.
The staff was not very friendly. The fries and wings tasted like they had been reheated and were quite dry. Additionally, the wings were overpriced for what was offered.

There are two small tables located next to the carryout pickup area. It’s fine if you don’t mind people constantly coming in to pick up their orders right next to you.
