I ordered from Wing Stop in Streamwood, IL using their app, but unfortunately, DoorDash delivered my order to the wrong address. I’m currently looking at photos of my food left on the ground at that incorrect location. When I called Wing Stop in Streamwood, I spoke with a young lady who abruptly hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. I requested to speak to a manager, but all I got was a dial tone. I then reached out to DoorDash for assistance, only to be told that since I placed my order through the Wing Stop app, they couldn’t help me. This has been the worst experience.
I placed my order through the app and picked it up, but when I got home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I had requested an 8-piece boneless wing and only received a 6-piece. This is the second time this has happened to me. I tried calling to address the issue but was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I stopped by in person to discuss it, they insisted they hadn’t made a mistake. The customer service has been lacking, and I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from Wing Stop anymore.
I ordered by phone and I spent almost 20 minutes talking to place my order and when I get there my order wasn’t ready! I wanted to take advantage letting them know what I wanted so when I get there my food is ready but no food was given to me bc they didn’t place my order !!
the guy Bhavin was really rude and unfriendly with me. He acted like a boor. I really don't get those who rate him with 5*. Unless he is a rasist and for that reason treated me ill, unlike the way he treated others. Never comming back there.

Whoever is working in that kitchen deserves a raise immediately! The wings and fries are consistently cooked to perfection!
Gave me regular fries when I order the Cajun meal. So since they're not going to make things right I'm giving them 1
