My family and I have come to this location twice and have eaten zero times. The first time we showed up 15 minutes after opening and were told that they weren’t ready to serve customers so it would be about an hour to get our food. So we left and went to BWW right down the street who opened at the same time but was ready to serve customers. The second time I went alone and it was around 8p. They wanted to know the name of the pick up order and so I told them I wasn’t picking up but wanted to order and eat there. Ordered (4) 10 count classic Wings, (4)ranches and went home to find ZERO ranches. We didn’t want to drive all the way back to the store so stopped by after work the next day to just pick up 2 ranches to finish the left over wings. The lady asked for my receipt, I did not have it so just asked for (2) ranches or she can look it up. She said she will look it up but has to finish up some orders. 6-10 mins later I’m waiting for 2 ranches still and she has yet to take a sec to look my receipt up or just give me two ranches so I can leave. This isn’t the first time they forget to give us ranches. Definitely will not be returning to this wing stop location ever again!
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Online it says that they close at midnight. On their door it says they close at midnight. They decided they are closed at 11 and would not give us our takeout order at 11:02 because the door was locked. When order was placed, they said order wouldn't be ready until 11:15. We were one of 3 people trying to get our order, knocking on the door, only to be ignored. When we called them asking for our orders they told us they couldn't open the door per their manager. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back, it is poorly run, and in terms of customer service they get an F!

It’s like they don’t want you to be there, I told myself last time was gonna be the last time I went to this location. I stopped once again today on my way home, everyone in the store was not getting their orders. They had an attitude towards customers, like they were annoyed people wanted to come and buy some wings. I bonded with the gentleman sitting next to me over how poorly the establishment was run. Took an hour for 8 wings and fries. I will not eat at this location until we get some friendly competent people running the show
Ordered chicken tenders with 6 different flavors to try. They didnt label nothing. 5 of the 6 all look alike in coloring and so similar in taste you cant tell which flavor is what. Next time, im gonna take ALL the boxes back to them, AND SAY I WANT YOU TO TELL ME WHAT FLAVOR IS WHAT WITHOUT TASTING EACH ONE. AND IF THEY CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE- REMAKE MY ORDER WHILE I WATCH YOU, AND I WANT EACH FLAVOR LABELED.
I tried this place out for the free chicken sandwich with a $15 order, and I was not disappointed. Great sandwich, and my son loved the strips and corn.
