I frequently have issues with my orders being incorrect, even after I call ahead to confirm. I really enjoy the wings, which is why we keep returning, but I've lost count of how many times—12 at least—their orders have been wrong. The last time it happened, I tried to voice my complaint, but they just kept me on hold indefinitely. When I finally hung up and called back, they actually blocked my number. My wife later tried to call and, as soon as they realized it was me, they put her on hold as well. This has been some of the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
At some point, I always get my order wrong, even if I call and tell them. I love a wing attack, which is why we always go back, but I have a running number of 12 times they messed up our order. Last time they messed up our order, which I wanted to complain, and they just put me on an endless hold. when I hung up and called back, they hung my number. I could get a moment of calling back from my wife, and when they realized that I was, they put my endless hold back. some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered.
Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. LOL we love this place. Always has order correct. Managers are great. Always greeted. Lemon pepper, hot honey rub cannot go wrong with either one. please do not take away the hot honey rub. Going to try the Louisiana dry rub next, hear they're great also. Did not even see them on the menu till today. So I may go back up there for some of those. LOLAwesome!!!
My family and I were extremely disappointed in one of our favorites and only place we like to eat!! I waited over 45 minutes to an hour for our order to be ready. At that point they said they never received our online order. And when they made our food it was extremely sloppy and rushed being put together! : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was expertly prepared and tasted fantastic. I had the order of six traditional wings, and they were delicious. The fries, especially when paired with the ranch dressing, were exceptional. Prices have gone up like everywhere else, but that's just a part of life.
wingstop is the best! I always have my order right. please don't take the hot honey rub away! these wings are the lemon and pfeffer dry rub with their top cellar. their pommes were good every time. their brownies are also so delicious and my cat loves the bag after it!
This team was fantastic! I placed a large online order, but the system crashed. They promptly followed up and ensured everything would be ready for me when I needed it. They were truly helpful...

Great service friendly staff. The dry rub wings are off the charts delicious!! My favorite was lemon pepper until I tasted the hot honey rub! I recommend both flavors together.
