3127 Baldwin Park. The guy cashier at this location is horrible. He has no clue about customer service. I noticed that everyone else working at this location feel intimidated by him; they let him run the show that's how intimidate he is and looks like.He's the big tall guy. Today was the second time I had to deal with him. I gave him my name and he said, I don't have nothinghere with that name after checking the bags. I was like really? Just placed an order and only received half of it. Missing 25pcs of Garlic Parm wings and 12 rolls. No one answers the phone to help. Horrible service! Never again!! Completely unprofessional to ignore customers. Very disappointing and discouraged to evergo there again. Will highly recommend people to NOT visit this establishment!
Everytime I come here they always get my order wrong! After I?m already setttled into my home. To have to get my toddler back in the the car n drive all the way back for them to fix my order! Ridiculous!! Hate that this is the only one near my house.
