Well I officially give up on this place. I oder online at least twice a week. I always order my fries “well done” and they usually are never cooked well done. The other day I went and I ordered well done fries. Got regularly cooked fries with no seasoning. If I wanted plain fries I would go to in and out burger. Nothing more frustrating than knowing how good the food can be but usually never is! Time to move on from this place! Check your order before you leave and save the headache! I have not caught the lady who took my order I did not take her name, but let me just say she has the most beautiful curly light brown hair and she is so sweet so friendly and understanding knows how to really deal with her clients I definitely recommend that the management needs to her an increase she grabbed the front with more than 10 customers and she still she was a smile on her face and helped everyone and did her job 110%
I've been to this Wing Stop several times. I didn't even have a bad experience, unlike some other locations. This time I still had my best experience, and Alexis customer service was the difference. He was patient, friendly and helpful. Thanks Alexis!
