Poor customer service. Called in my order at 10:43 and end up leaving at 11:55pm with no food. First off, it took forever just for them to make the food I order. Second, they ran out of fries (so they say) and told us after an hour of already waiting. But check this out, I asked for a refund on the fries because I didn’t eat corn (that’s what was offered), the so called manager Jania told me that I had to bring the drinks in to get a refund cause I couldn’t keep the drinks. Whatever happened to customer service? I called to place an order on 12/19/22 and was told they was no longer taking call in orders due to them closing at 11. I then asked the guy on the phone what time it was to which he stated 1007, I said yea I thought you closed at 11 to which he stated we do. Apparently they don't want business. I also went up there 11/4/22 and it was a Fri night with 2 employees who was extremely busy. I then saw a customer who use to work at wingstop for 11 years when it first opened go into kitchen and help them get orders out to customers, did I say this was a customer not an employee. It was my first time trying a Wingstop but this location was overcrowded, only had 2 staff members total to cook/take orders/pick up trash. There are no trashcans for anyone to go ahead and throw away trash. I ordered online and put the pickup time for about 30 minutes later, when I got there on time I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to cook the fries. As for the food all the food was okay except for the soggy fries and the garlic drowned wings.
SO RUDE 8/21/22 My wife called and was rudly hung up on because they said there was an hour wait and did not want to take our order WE CALLED BACK and left us on hold for 1 hour. Supervisor was supposedly Katrina Need to find some new employees.. I would love to hear from somebody in charge !

I have never successfully gotten an order correctly and on time here. Even ordering hours ahead on their online portal this time was no use. Missing multiple items. There are other options available so don't think i'll be giving them another chance to disappoint me.
I came here tonight and ordered wings and my order was wrong. The person taking my order asked me 3 times what I wanted and still got it wrong. I'm disappointed. This is the 2nd time this happened and the 1st time I didn't even leave a review.
Waited 2 hours last night for 20 wings. Yes 20 wings. DO NOT order from this place or you will wait wait wait. Try it and you will just have to learn the hard way like I did. Read the reviews.
Chicken fries good. Coke machine was not working,; this is the third time we’ve paid for drinks can’t drink it. Also, mens restroom had soap but no water.

Great wings as usual. Cajun, Spicy Korean, and tried the new limited time hot honey. It was OK, Cajun is still my favorite, plus the fries and RANCH!
Would give less than one star if possible. They only served 2 orders in the 25 minutes I was waiting. The food is good but not worth the wait.
