This Wingstop is trying to sink the brand. I am very close to this location, but I go to other locations up to 20 minutes away, because this one is unusable. If you try to call, no one will ever answer. If by miracle someone answers, the wait for food can up up to and over an hour. When your food is ever ready, the order is incomplete, incorrect, and cold. This is the 5th Wingstop I've lived near and to call it the worst is somehow an understatement.

first the dude who came up to me told me he couldn't take orders and to order online , then as I'm starting to order online this other lady came up and said she could take my order. she was nice , but I saw the same guy bring out orders and I guess mine was just sitting there. my food was so cold from sitting out. Also dude told 3 other ppl that he couldn't take orders and to order online I'm kind of annoyed because my food is cold

I can't seem to reach this restaurant by phone. I've called about 20 times in a row and even turned it into a game to see how many calls it would take without an answer. The number ends in 25, and I gave them an extra five chances to redeem themselves, but still no response. Now I understand why this place has such a poor reputation!

Boneless chicken wings?? It's better to call it popcorn chicken or chicken nuggets. So oily and salty. Ordered garlic parmesan and lemon pepper, it tasted like oil and salt. Also ordered cheese fries, fries burnt. Even McDonald has much better fries. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Cydni is absolutely wonderful! She has a fantastic personality and manages her shifts exceptionally well. The team always appears to be having a great time while also working efficiently. I'm very impressed and will definitely be returning!

This Wingstop is very well looking on the inside. There was a shorter than than expected wait time and the chicken was amazing. I was helped by Joseph and Angelo and they showed amazing hospitality. Amazing experience!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Would have been nice if the website, Google maps and store location door signs/store phone number gave some indication that they would be closed early tonight had to drive out to physically confirm location was in fact closed early

Ordered an hour ahead and still had to wait an additional hour, just to get cold food and the order was wrong. I was hungry so I just reheated at home. Definitely going to make a longer trip to get my wings at another location. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Missing item in order. The carrot/celery veggie mix was only celery. 2 stars because the boneless chicken portion of the combo order was correct tasted yummy.
