This place is set up like a fast food joint in the same vein as a McDonald's or Burger King or KFC in the mid 90s. They specialize in fast food pub fare and their menu serves up many of the same types of snacks/grub you would get ordering off the menu or the bar down the street at the Ivy or Brydens. The main difference being that this food comes in a paper cardboard container instead of on a plate. If you are going to eat here, I would recommend eating in when the wings are fresh out of the fryer and are crispy and hot. I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my order. After my order arrived incorrect I of course called the store to complain. After receiving every possible excuse as to why and no apology I politely explained that I would add my awful experience on Trip advisor. I have learned that the new owners or new management are very incompent with dealing with the customers . I received a call back from the MN manager telling me that I was wrong and he was right Service if the blind NEVER to Return......
The woman serving us was wonderful. Friendly and down to earth. Our order was wrong but we had taken it home already. When calling to let them know they were very apologetic and offered to either make us a new sandwich or credit the account. Because we lived far away, we got the credit. The woman again apologized. Food was okay but not like I remember. When thinking about ordering wings up I was excited.... now it will be a while before I order from there again.....
They overcook and kill the wings so they are dry. I spoke to the person taking the order and told them I don't want them overcook, but they said it was on a timer. One time I order for pick up and the girl said they just made a fresh batch, and they were not too bad, so I guess they cook the wings twice and that is why they are so dry. I had no idea that these wings were do damn good! Had I known I wouldn't have passed them by for years. Mind you, I only tried them once but they were, by far, the best wings in the GTA. I tried a mix of the garlic bbq, honey garlic and hot honey. Garlic bbq was the best of the 3, in my opinion.
Order 5lbs of wings with 3 flavours. Got 3lbs and in the wrong ratio of flavours. When I complained I was told that the unbreaded wings come lighter. So you pay the same for 5lbs and get 2lbs of breading or 2lbs of air. New management, new staff, new place for me to order from in the future.
I went dining with my child and boyfriend. We had a young girl named Taryn helping us. She was very outgoing and even brought out a little dessert for my child. The food was good (as always) and we received service with a smile! Will definitely be back.

Wings Up is a staple fast food restaurant in Milton. Order was wrong when picked up and taken home. But the acting manager took care of us the customer immediately.
