Honestly, food is good (that 's my opinion, many people I know hate it, so it depends on your taste when it comes to that), but what forces me to give it nothing else than a 2 is because the service is just... terrible.If you 're LUCKY everything will go by smoothly and normally. The wait time is basically twice the amount you 'd get anywhere else (could be explained with their low number of staff, but still, it doesn 't change how long it takes); 70% of the time you ask for delivery, you 'll either wait 1:30h minimum (really feels like that have 1 driver and he delivers food one at a time) or there will make a mistake... or both; when there IS a mistake, you literally have to deal with it,...
Very disappointed with the menu. All the dishes were red. Looks like the chef poured in red color in all his menus even in the Thai Rice!!! After my dinner (since I had only this to eat i feel I need to do a detox of sugar and color. The peanut butter chicken was like infused in sugar (if you are diabetic your sugar level will explode! . The fish filet is a mere fried battered fish when we expecting a filet steamed cook (its all fried, unhealthy -and yet charge you the price for a fresh fish! . We placed an order through DoorDash for General Tao and Chow Mein. The portions were generous and the food was decent. However, despite requesting extra spicy General Tao, it turned out to be quite sweet. If you prefer your food spicy, this might not be the dish for you. The sauce had a good flavor though. The Chow Mein was a disappointment as the sauce and noodles were already mixed and not crispy. We inquired about getting them separate but were told we would need to pick it up in person and pay an extra 50 cents plus taxes, as these charges couldn't be updated on DoorDash. The customer service was lacking.
Food was good overall even if most of the sushi was opened…what we didn’t like, is that we went for 5 min to pickup our food and one of the staff who was preparing the food was screaming or taking loudly to the others staff !!When we asked for napkins she wasn’t happy that we interrupt her and she made us feel inconfortable with her reaction? Very difficult to order. Everyone is screaming. The person taking the order doesn't understand a bbl-t order. The person next to her is taking orders on phone and yelling. It's very disorganized and confusing. She was trying to take 2 orders at a time and both people were not able to place orders properly. Maybe we can order online but in person communication and noise from workers make it hard to order
This is our Go-To neighborhood chinese restaurant. Been ordering here for years and food is as delicious and fresh as ever!! Definitely worth a visit!
They're busy but always tell you the waiting time. It's cheap for a lot of food and it's good.
