Wok Cafe. Nice little place for lunch. Inexpensive and portions are large. I have tried the cantonese chow mein, -full of vegetables, pork, chicken and some shrimp. My tab was 8.50$ with tax. This came with a spring roll. I also tried the shrimp lobster sauce; mediocre... and the shrimp are not cleaned. The general toa is very bready and covered in thick sweet sauce, very reminiscent of pineapple chicken. Nevertheless, great value and there are some really good selections. All dishes appear to come with some vegetables on the side. A mixture of chinese vegies and brocolli. -good. I will go back and try a few other selections.
Excellent value and absolutely delicious! If you're looking for a regular dish, you have several options available for just $8.95, which includes your choice of a spring roll or wonton soup if you order before 4 PM. After 4 PM, there’s an additional charge. The portions are generous, accompanied by a side of vegetables and rice with your main dish. If you decide to order from the main menu, the portion sizes are good and reasonably priced, allowing you to try a variety of dishes. They have locations in DDO and downtown Montreal, and they also offer delivery if you're interested!
I had the joy of first eating here when my friend recommended it to me. Meals are extremely filling and at around 10$ an entree, very cheap. The service is fast and efficient and the food is absolutely delicious.
You'll find Wok Cafe tucked away in a small mall at the corner of de Salaberry and Rue du Marche. The decor is simple, and the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, making it a great family-friendly spot.

Simply good value, great taste, nice selections, dim sum well made,Its not fancy, or have white glove service, but you leave content and satisfied, and the big round tables when you are a group..awsome!!
Good restaurant, service can be a bit awkward at times food is delicious and flavourful, caution when doing pick ups they tend to confuse the order and not always in dollar favor to themselves.
Great food, generous portions. You're not paying for ambience but quality of food is worth the trip service was fast, we'll be back for sure!
So basically, the positives were … price, value, portion size, service and flavour. The negative is that the spicy isn’t so spicy*.
