I ordered a large soy chicken an cashews no rice got home to find 3/4 of it was rice what juice there was in it had soaked into the rice it wasn't enough to feed 3 of us unless we wanted rice with a little bit of chicken mixed in if I wanted a large container of rice I would have cooked it myself when I rang an complained they told me that is how they do their large mealsI told them I get this dish regularly and neva had it like this b4 told her the shop I always go to an she told me to go back there I told them its not enough for 3 of us she told me I should have ordered morewhen I get this dish I add vegies to the meal not rice the woman didn't care what I had to say an hung up on me I wil...
I have always liked wok In a box for the tasty, quick nature of the food. However, in my second to last visit I noted a significant reduction in the amount of meat so in my last visit I ordered extra meat. I think there were 6 pieces of tiny chicken instead of 3. Grossly under proportioned. It will be my last patronage of this venue.
This was my first time trying out this chain restaurant, and I must say I was impressed. The food was cooked right in front of us, and it was delicious. Plus, you can customize your dishes to your liking, whether you prefer them spicier or not.

We as a family tried to eat wok in box: eat Chinese food in a box. Especially for take away food. You can also eat on the spot. There are only a few tables, the food is mediocre. And its fast. The price is not cheap enough.
It is what is it says on the tin! Wok in a box! Food came quickly, this place was clean, good value for money and the staff friendly. Got it home, ate and there was lots left over, good size portions.
Had Kway Teow for dinner last night after it was recommended by family. It was tasteless muck. Noodles were overcooked which was a shame since it IS a noodle shop. First & last time for me.
