Owing to the lack of restaurants around east Perth and my laziness to drive further, I decided to try this newcomer... My wife wanted beef on the pad Thai so through phone, I asked if it's possible to change and the seller happily said they can change asking me to choose one from the original chicken and prawns. I opted chicken but when I went there to collect, they charged me $3 extra for the beef! If he'd told me earlier through the phone, we might not have it switched or I would have opted the prawns together and don't mind paying the $3! Overall, the pad Thai was average... Will give something else a try next time and see if they are better...
We stumbled across this gem recently after it opened up around the corner from our house. For what it is, it is fantastic. The food is quick, cheap and very tasty. We ate here twice in two days as we enjoyed it so much. They do BYO and is conveniently located across from a BWS, which was absolute genius on their part. The Panang is beautiful - an absolute must, and all their dishes come with loads of fresh veggies which is great. If you can handle your spice, ask for your food to be "Thai Hot" - it's the first restaurant I encountered that give you exactly what you ask for - nearly blew my head off in the best way possible.
Friendly service and atmosphere as well as delicious food to boot! Their Pad Thai (a signature Thai dish) is done perfectly here. Not too sweet, not too salty, and definitely not too saucy either. The Thai Chicken Wings are also fried to crisp-fection! They change their specials every once in a while, but they're definitely solid treats as well. This trendy and modern style Thai restaurant might have low prices, but the quality of the food is at least worth twice the price.
A modern atmosphere with a delicious aroma and the sound of the ladle sauteing a Thai dish on the Wok, Wok & Ladle: Thai Eatery is definitely a place for both the tourist and the local! The food is top notch, with flavors that match Bangkok itself and the staff greets you with a smile, including the chef when he has time! Glad this place is so close to our home! I tried the Penang chicken curry and its was gorgeous and full of flavour. I'm not used to this dish being too spicy and I must say that there was a lot of chilli in it! And I found it hot (tasty, but hot). Fantastic value for money and I'll definitely be back try other dishes from here and I might ask for the 'Not too hot' option.. Hopefully they do this :)
Very impressed. Beautifully seasoned Thai green curry with Thai eggplant, bamboo shoots and hints of anise. We were pleasantly surprised that brown rice is used in the fried rice -again delicious flavours and you receive complimentary white rice with mains orders. Great value for money-you can eat in or take away. Unlicensed venue.
Cheap but super tasty thai foods in East Perth with friendly staffs! I had there stir fry dishes (there is a lot of stir fry options), It was absolutely beautiful. You should try there's homemade spring roll. Fresh and full of flavour, totally different then others. (That's why I asked "Is it homemade?") Love it! :)

Awesome Thai food! Chilli!! Ya! Must order the prawn spring rolls. They are so nice. Love the pad Thai, wouldn't mind a bit more of peanuts. Will come back to try other dishes!!
