My husband and I enjoyed a buffet lunch at Restaurante Wok to celebrate Chinese New Year. We were impressed by the quality and selection of foods. The grilling section includes shrimp, frog legs, meats, chicken, fish, shellfish and a wide assortment of vegetables (asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, red peppers, eggplant) that are custom grilled to order. The stir fry section has meats and vegetables that you can select for the chef to cook for you with any of eight types of sauces. The wok sauce was too salty for our taste, but otherwise it was quite tasty. The buffet also includes sushi, fried rice, fried noodles, precooked Chinese dishes, fried snacks, an assortment of fresh and canned fruits...
