I wouldn't give even one star if I could... I visited this restaurant today with my family to celebrate mine and my daughter's birthday, and I was completely appalled. The floors and tables were sticky, and it was sweltering inside. No one came back to collect our order slip, and once our food was finally ready, it sat on the counter for a long time and arrived cold. We sent it back, only to get shockingly small portion sizes. I had requested a dish with a little spice, but it wasn’t spicy at all. The fried dumplings were hard and dry. As compensation for their mistakes, we were offered a bag of prawn crackers for $2.50, yet we were still charged full price. I will never return to this resta...
I absolutely love their food, but ordering for delivery can be incredibly frustrating. Only 2 out of 10 times do they manage to put someone on the line who speaks decent English when I request it. I usually end up correcting and repeating myself more than seven times for each order, and spelling out my address is even more painful. Their phone etiquette is lacking, too. The last time I called, the woman put me on hold in the middle of my order to serve another customer, and I was left listening to their entire conversation. Additionally, I’ve noticed that sometimes the containers arrive only partially filled.

I was a bit taken aback by the $50 price tag for just three dishes, but the food itself was exceptional and incredibly tasty, with generous portions. My only complaint is the price; spending nearly $50 and not receiving any prawn crackers or extras felt a bit disappointing. Additionally, my daughter’s order of Singapore noodles didn’t come out quite right, but they were so delicious that it didn’t ruin the experience. The Cranbourne West Restaurant has clearly changed ownership. It used to be good, but not anymore. The food doesn't taste fresh, and my daughter is now at the doctor with food poisoning. I will be looking for another place to eat from now on.
Dining here was an incredible experience! The food was truly delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I’m not sure what the other reviews are referring to; I highly recommend this place!
The restaurant should prioritize food safety before serving meals. The chefs are not wearing the proper attire, and the cooked chicken is left out for an unknown period of time. It's time to shut this place down. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They used to have the best dumplings around. I used to get them every weekend, but they changed their recipe earlier this year. It's like night and day... such a shame.
