The dish came with white rice, but I opted to upgrade to fried rice for an extra $2. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it. The fried rice was as flavorless as plain white rice, and the serving size was quite small—just a tiny bowl, about the size of a teenage girl's fist.
The chicken was decent, and I appreciated its crispy texture. However, it was smothered in sauce that I found to be far from spicy; it was more akin to the flavor of regular orange chicken with just a hint of spice—definitely not enough to break a sweat.

For appetizers we ordered the vegetable egg rolls and butterfly shrimp. For the main course we ordered the vegetables chow mein, shrimp kung pao, and vegetables fried rice. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We rarely eat inside because we mostly order to go but today was a great day to dine in. Located in the small truck stop town of Castaic, this charming Chinese restaurant is impressively clean and classy. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was wonderful! Maybe it's just my impression, but in the USA, soups are not an integral part of the menu of most restaurants. After I discovered Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), which is my favorite, now I came across this dish that I really like, it is dish number 18. Woks noodle soup. Try it, you won't regret it

Ordered beef fried rice with extra vegetables and some Paper Chicken. Everything was good, but the Paper Chicken was not as expected. Usually it means small pieces of chicken fried in a wonton wrapper, this was medium pieces cooked in foil. Tasted good though.
