It took me a long time to realise that 'wolf ' and 'swill ' were not two animals, but references to wolfing pizza and swilling beer. This tiny, warm bar had a good selection of tap beers and an extensive wine list (no idea whether it was 'good ', as I am a $10 a bottle kinda girl, but I assume so? it was typed in fancy font so, I guess maybe? . The pizza menu has lots of attractive options and we ordered a 'greens ' pizza (the green turned out to be chewy kale and the potato one. Delicious woodfire pizza and great cocktails. Quite possibly the best pizza I've ever had. Negroni cocktails are spot on and they have a good selection of beers on tap.<br/ <br/ It's a small bar in Thornbury, cool vibes and they spin great music. You can also get takeaway from here but when they are busy it's like a 30 min wait. This isn't dominos and it's worth every minute you wait. Also recommend popping down to Carwyn cellars as there is a Wolf Swill pop up in their beer garden.
My friends and I are straight out addicted to this place. I’ve eaten here two nights in a row twice! The bases are crisp, the crusts are puffed and browned perfectly, and you can taste that the produce and ingredients on top are chosen with care. Not to mention the drinks provided are often refreshed, and if I could buy their chilli oil I’d dump it over every meal every day no matter what.
My favourite pizza in Thornbury! Seriously good pizza, on a few different levels. Best crust and tastiest vegan cheese I've ever had. Happy hour as well, so you can't go wrong! Hot tip get extra Olives on everything

The pizza here is amazing!! Particularly the mushroom pizza. I loved the wine list including the natural wines!!! Also had a great vibe and atmosphere. Really laid back the perfect spot to hang out for hours
Great pizze, selection of booze, cozy atmosphere and great staff/operators. Slowly working my way through their menu. Must try: their take on the Pineapple and their Mushroom. So good!!
Could be one of the best pizza places I’ve eaten at, hands down. Amazing bases, toppings and friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit. Need a couple or dessert options in my opinion.
In terms of woodfired pizza this place is right up there with Il Piazzolo for me. The dough is excellent and cooked exceptionally well. Highly recommended if you like Pizza

Potato pizza on a GF base is simply the best pizza in Melbourne. Amazing flavours from simple ingredients. Cool vibe and a great location. Service is ok
Some of the best pizzas in the area. Bases are thin but hold their shape, crispy airy crusts. Generous toppings and sooo tasty! Highly recommend.
