Having had a very poor meal and service two months ago I was contacted by Loucas who, in fairness apologised profusely and asked me to give them another go and gave me a voucher. So I tried again today, tried to order for collection, website kept saying shop closed, despite it being 5.30.and the shop clearly open! No problem I rang the shop. They took my order and said they would sort the voucher in the shop. Duly arrived at the time. All good until it came to paying, ‘that is not a voucher’ despite looking at the email with the voucher reference. How do we know you haven’t used it? What! I ordered dinner for delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the same goes for the service and atmosphere.
