I’ve tried this restaurant multiple times, but it consistently disappoints. They rarely have the dishes I want from the menu. When I do get something, it’s overly salty and doesn’t have any authentic Caribbean flavor. Additionally, I’ve experienced rudeness on three separate occasions—twice from male staff and once from a female. Overall, this place is a letdown.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The cashier, cook, and greeter are always so friendly and welcoming. I've been a loyal customer since they first opened, and I still enjoy dining here. The food is fantastic! I usually order the fish, but the lunch special is a great deal as well, even though it’s typically available only for chicken.
I absolutely loved Wood Fire Grill! The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful dining experience. The highlight for us was the sliders; they were so delicious that we had to order another round because they literally melted in our mouths. The sushi from the menu was also impressive. I will definitely be back!
(New ownership). The woman who used to greet and serve customers was exceptionally kind, but she is no longer employed there. During my visit today, I noticed she was missing and inquired about her. The food and service were ahead of our expectations. We really enjoyed the vibes of this spot. Nice restaurant to take the family out for dinner.
