THANK YOU for a wonderful birthday party for my husband! Even more impressive we got everything together in just about two weeks. Everything was perfect Jesse, Aly, Lauren, all the staff were wonderful. Jesse responded promptly completely to my initial request using the web form all my emails was super friendly! I am busy lazy, so the online communication was perfect. We had a diverse group of about 25 guests, including children aged 6 12 everyone had a great time. We had The WAB do the catering pizza, salad, chicken tenders, cauliflower bites the food was delicious the price was very reasonable. Yesterday, we were served by Charise, and she was fantastic! She had a wonderful personality and made our dining experience enjoyable. The food was intriguing, and we enjoyed some drinks as well. I ordered a half serving of their simple chicken wings, and to my surprise, they turned out to be full-size and enormous! They had a light dry rub on them, with the sauce served on the side. We dined on the second floor, which had a beautiful ambiance and even a pool table. I highly recommend this place—this was my first visit, and I can’t wait to go back!
The beers here are fantastic, and you absolutely have to try the south-west salad—it's a must with the chicken! The cheese breadsticks are also very good. The service is excellent, and the food comes out quickly. I highly recommend visiting this place on weekends as well as during the week.
Great beer, great food, great environment. A pleasant departure from the overabundant hipster-ness that surrounds it. Only downfall is that there are only 2 small TVs and a not-so-frequent tap rotation. Would be a fantastic spot to watch Detroit sports if they had a few more screens.... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The dining experience was enjoyable. As someone with a gluten-free diet, my options were limited, but I found a few items that I liked. My husband relished his pizza and beer. We also had fun playing pool and selecting songs on the jukebox.
I love wab's relaxed atmosphere and crisp feeling, great beer, delicious eating and cool music. their beers are made in the house and they have a great one.
It's COVID time. So can I check this place completely, completely and accurately? Not really. But what I can say is that WAB was one of the few places...
