We asked to change the food that they served us because it was simply inedible, the kebab was not only old and rotten the rice was also smelly possibly from the previous day. The waiter grabbed a spoon tasted the food twice without our permission and put the same spoon back into the food plate from his mouth, slammed the plate on the table saying he served everybody with the same quality food all day and it’s fine no need to change it, totally unhygienic and unprofessional also disrespectful/rude. People who go into Woody Grill Kilburn brunch should expect the worst while entering, I promise 90% you’ll come out disappointed.
I really recommend that place.. I was there with my wife for the first time . Service really kind and always ready to help! My wife is so picky on what she eats so she needed to bother more people from kitchen (she wasn’t enough with the waitress it was the manager,Hasan if I remember the name correctly,who had the patience to answer all the question we had. Very positive person,really appreciate his patience and the warm welcome he gives !
I ordered from kilburn woody's grill a delivery of char chicken rice salad and wrap bread.. The meal was freezing literally freezing when I opened the bag. The bread wasn't a wrap but a 1 inch piece of cardboard that was so hard I couldn't bite into.. it was so stail I'm surprised it wasn't green and mouldy.. And they had the cheek to take £17 from me that I need to do a visa dispute with the bank as the food was absolutely DISGUSTING...
I always come to this branch as I love the environment compare to other branches, but this time it was not a good experience as all the staff has been changed and new staff didn’t care about customer service at all, they served me with cold bread, and also I found it hard to get their attraction while placing my order, I really missed the old staff, I didn’t see even 1 person from them which is very

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS Lamb doner and chips was 9.90 and this waitress overcharged me to £14 and some change. Didn’t want to hassle and wanted my food so I took it on the chest but I will never be eating there again. Lost customer that would of bought most nights. Enjoy the extra £5 because that’s the last of my money you’ll be getting. Fire that lady.
I went to woody grill on my birthday with my family and the staff were friendly and tentative helpful and efficient. The food was good I would say perfect but it was good. If I were to go there again I would and I would recommend to those who like Lebanese food.
