The diner had a calm and inviting atmosphere, and the service was pleasant, although the waitress seemed a bit nervous or tired (or perhaps both; this is just an observation, not a criticism). I ordered the steak sandwich, which resembled a Philly cheesesteak, and I was satisfied with both the flavor and the portion size. I would definitely order that sandwich again, but there are plenty of other options on the menu that I plan to try on my next visit.
Woody's has that classic 50s diner vibe, offering plenty of comfort food options available all day. I typically go for breakfast, but this time I opted for lunch and ordered a burger. It was delicious and fresh. The portion sizes are generous, especially considering the reasonable prices. You'll definitely get enough food here, even if you have a big appetite. It's a comfortable, quick option if you're in the mood for some good American comfort food.
The food here is fantastic! I ordered a diverse selection of dishes and sampled a bit of everything. The bacon cheeseburger with avocado is simply outstanding and truly deserves a second round. I brought some food home for my kids, and they loved it so much that they asked for more. I can't wait to return!

We stopped here for lunch while returning to Arizona, and it was a fantastic experience overall. We will definitely visit again the next time we're in the area.
The food is always great at Woody's although I pretty much always order 1 of 2 things...a Woody's omlette w/ no onions or a pastrami sandwich on grilled rye
Food is excellent, enough to have some to take home. Home made flavor and taste. Will keep coming back!
