World Pizza Inc - Tisch reservieren

Zero stars to all the above. More like deserving of a complaint to the Dept of Health. Found a glob of mucus from one of their staff in my salad. Manager Tony does nothing but give a helping of his attitude. And says “ I really don’t know what to tell you”. No apologies. Suggestively tells me he “has my name and address “. No refund for the dish. He sends his delivery person to pick up the food. Takes it back without any refund or remediation. After seeing that thick glob of snot in my food, I can never look at Pizza 2000 food as anything other than dirty. I still feel sick thinking about that in the food. They didn’t even refund me for their snot dinner dish but they came back to pick it up...

All right. Tell us 45 minutes and deliver an hour and 50 minutes later. asked where it was after 3 calls. The owner came up and SCREAMED with me that I should order from somewhere else. He doesn't need my business and hopes I'd leave. I said my little kids wanted to eat too late in a school night. Obviously ZERO customer service. I never raised my voice and screamed with 4 letter words after my order...

Pizza here is so good! Fresh taste! I also ordered coffee and tiramisu which were splendid one complaint I do have is we were overlooked by the server when we came in. We were there for about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and given a menu, but someone who came in after us received attention right away. My suggestion is for service to improve! Other than that, it is a good place. Food: 5
