Service and costumer care is just horrible! Closing time is at 11pm on weekends and 2 times I went there at 10:18 and 10:20 the restaurant was open but they said we don't have anything to serve! So the question is why the restaurant is stay open until 11pm when the restaurant doesn't have enough raw materials to cook and serving to customers!? And the 3rd time I went there was on Saturday night at 10:15pm they said we don't serve at restaurant and is just for taking out! "45 minutes before closing time" !! We ordered $40 chicken and fries and after pay for the order we asked for hot sauce on the side and the waiter said there is a $1 charge for a little bit hot sauce if you want to take it o...
My son and I went and order a full chicken (1/2 spicy, 1/2 garlic,) the Veggie Tempura and Bulgogi fries. All was very tasty! Our only complain was that for a whole chicken, there weren't many pieces. That and the cost was pretty significant. It won't be my "go to" place but I may visit again as the flavour of everything was amazing and there are some other items I would like to try.
We wandered into this restaurant in our neighborhood and should have wandered back out as soon as we saw the menu....fried, fried, fried. AH, but we were hungry and tired from a day of exploring the area and decided to stay. The portions were generous for the price. However, our mistake...if you're a fan of fried food, then this is the place for you...if not...keep looking. Sorry
i came to the place to make a comparison between yum yum and wow chicken, i was a frequent eater of yum yum, so i tried wow chicken to find out the difference, yum yum chicken is for me a lot better, always moist and tender, their shallot chicken tasted really shallot unlike wow. I am sticking to my YUM YUM Chicken.

Thank you, Wow chicken, for explaining the Korean fried chicken experience. friendly service. I actually only had the chicken. I ordered the 5 thighs to take home. Very light crispy, lots of crunchy coating but not greasy or salty. Note that the thighs are boneless and probably smaller than you would expect.
Thought we would try out this chicken - chicken was freshly fried, very crisp and meat was tender. Less salty than KFC which for us is a good thing.
Served warm, awkward to order, small flavourless portions, maybe I wasn't at the franchise show to get what it's about. Sorry
