Working in a food environment myself, you notice alot of things. This chip shop is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly, welcoming and very efficient. I moved into the are around six months ago. Every time i go (around once a week) i recieve the same consistent service. I'm greeted with smiles, my order is always amazing, the food is hot and in my opinion well worth the price considering the portion size. People are quick to give negative feedback but credit where credit is due. I actually wont takeaway food from anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys and thank you
Ended up here on a Sunday night as all the usual fish n chip shops near our home were all closed. We are from Australia and wanted to get fish n chips for our family. So happy to find them open. Even happier when we got them home and started to eat. All our fish was cooked amazing. My MIL had the haddock and she loved it and ate the lot. Chips are good and I loved my mushy peas. Will be going back while here in Coventry but will be telling all my friends here how amazing they are.
Used to love this chippy but I came last week at 9. 15pm and the lady that served me had already put all of the kebab meats away and packed up mainly for the end of the day..... The chips was nearly cold and very stale and the kebab mixed meat she reheated which I wasn't impressed with at all and I asked for salad and got 1 piece of tamato I would eat from here again but never ever ever again at night time very bad I get businesses have to close but food must be fresh
Ever since the owner of this chip shop took over a few years ago, the quality of the chips has been exceptional, some of the best in the city. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the menu offers a good variety of food. I come here a few days a week. The mini fish and chips are great value and the portions are more than generous. The kebab meat was fantastic, and the chips and cod were also delicious. However, it's a disappointment that they now require a minimum spend of £10 when using a card. This may be convenient for families but inconvenient for individuals who may have to use the cash point, which charges £1.95 for withdrawals.
Great food, great service and great prices. Manny and Jaz do a fantastic job delivering the highest quality food and reasonable prices. They really looked after my mum through this pandemic offering a free delivery service. Cannot recommend this chippy enough, never had a bad meal from here.
Yet again uncooked chips. I don't expect to get a takeaway only to have to cook it when we get it home. I don't care how many people are in the queue. Cook the damn food. It's not rocket science

Fab little chippy. Started using here instead of Charlie's as the service is faster and the portions are bigger. Never had an issue with any order.
