The Wyndham hotel is awesome! It is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at it ranks up there with the Hilton! The front desk staff is very friendly housekeeping keeps the rooms immaculate! I've stayed at this hotel several times, and every time I've had the best experience. At my last day my car wouldn't start, Edrian, The person in charge of mechanical engineering at the hotel, came out immediately to help me. He tried and tried and the car wouldn't start. He told me that I would be able to leave my car there and he would make sure it would be safe. A group of us reserved three separate rooms four months ahead of a wedding, but all of our reservations were canceled at the last minute. They promised to assist us in finding alternative accommodations, but when we contacted them, they refused to help. It's incredibly frustrating! If they had canceled in advance, it would have been more understandable, but they waited until just two weeks before our trip, and now it seems like most other hotels in the area are fully booked due to other events. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I will never consider staying at another Sonesta hotel again.
The Interior decorator and PM does an excellent job fitting out the space; however, the pool and jacuzzi was filthy. It needs to be drained and scrubbed down with bleach. The pool could use a little glaze to seal the rust that has formed to prevent more damage. Also, I requested a room away from the elevator and couldn 't have been closer if I tried. If you couldn 't accommodate then you should have said so instead of saying you provided a room in the middle. Instead I received the second room from the elevator. Guess my request was read room close to the elevator Thank goodness it wasn 't noisy.
The public areas of the restaurant are quite lovely, and there's ample parking available, along with a friendly staff. However, the rooms are on the smaller side and had a slight odor, possibly from the carpet, which triggered my allergies. Additionally, there's no real quiet lounge space, and it was particularly noisy during my stay this weekend. On a positive note, the food was good, and the restaurant offered a happy hour.

The corporate office needs to get their act together.... how do you not have a live number online either on google or the actual website for this hotel and how does your call center not have the ability to connect with them.. Like really? Amateurs up there LOL, lost my business for a reservation and made me laugh
In August 2020, I have attended several events at this venue over the years, and everything went smoothly each time. However, when I passed by today, it seemed completely empty. There were only about two cars in the parking lot, and I wasn't even sure if they were still open for business.
Of all the place in the world where i can be cold hearted and yell .. love it. will most definitely be back to NJ
