the family room we were in is very well since it has 2 bathrooms and it is to thank you very much being 4 people and also very wide and with the bathrooms reformed without bathtub. On the other hand the staff is quite sympathetic, especially the dark-haired animated boy, kevin, who made us spend very good time. the very varied and good buffet. the very large and perfect Jacuzzi as the water was very warm. the swimming pool a little jota and the place for the hammocks also but it consists on the seventh floor of a solarium with two mini swimming pools where it is luxurious. if there was a Jacuzzi it would be ideal! The worst: the gym as it is literally not gym or anything!
We have been very agusto and very satisfied with the treatment and services received. all the staff of the hotel that we have had contact has been very friendly and professional, ready at all times to do what we can to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and to mention in particular the animation staff, specifically kevin, for their exquisite treatment and detail at all times with the little ones and the not so small. a totally recommended experience, and we will certainly repeat in the future.
I liked the food a lot and the services the programs were amazing staff really friendly and helpful always. Kevin is awesome he is such a peoples person he makes awesome programs. Only complaint is the noise and some tourist couldnt handle themselves and were loud. If you just want to relax then this is not the best one for you.
