Customer satisfaction is the ultimate measure of a company 's success. Consider this scenario: Two friends visit a speakeasy, one wants a drink, and the other, a designated driver, requests coffee. The bartender insists that since it 's a speakeasy, only liquor is allowed, and coffee isn 't 'technically ' on the menu. Despite our repeated requests, we were met with refusal and poor service, leading us to leave disappointed. This experience highlights the importance of prioritizing customer needs and flexibility in ensuring a positive experience.
This place is very esthetic and even the restrooms are very clean, most of the restaurants we go to, the restrooms are not that clean but these were nice. The interior and style of the food were very nice, as well as the bowls and plates, they were very unique. The food was just amazing and I really like the service, they knew it was our first time and they greeted us very well. Overall this place is amazing and I highly recommend it.
Visited Xaman specifically for the chilaquiles. We ordered the mole and red ones. Both were good. Service was great! I usually love Cafe de Olla but theirs tasted very watered down. We did notice they have a happy hour and a speak easy which might be something we check out sometime.
The server at the restaurant was very disrespectful and declined to serve the dish I had requested. His hostile behavior made me uneasy, so I decided to leave. He was stationed at the bar in the speakeasy.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The chilaquiles and horchata were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately the food I ordered was undercooked. I waited over an hour for my meal, which was disappointing.
